Next Friday 4th July at 12.30pm we will have the honour of hosting the Flag Wavers from Monterubbiano in Italy at Ambergate
Not car related but a great opportunity for us to share a really amazing spectacle with the local community. Anybody is invited to come along
This is a free event and you do not have to come into museum (unless you want to) – you can just come and watch the flag wavers in action
Our cafe and ice cream parlour will be open to all
As the Flag wavers wanted to visit the museum and offered to do a performance we thought this was a great way to give a wider audience to these very talented people

The show will take about 20 minutes and the short video opposite is from Hall Leys Park in Matlock where the Flag Wavers performed on their last visit to the UK in 2019
Monterubbiano is twinned with the Derbyshire village of Winster and this troop will also be performing at the Winster Carnival on Saturday 5th July
They have toured all over Europe so we are very pleased to welcome them to Ambergate
