Great British Car Journey Ltd and Drive Dads Car Entry Terms & Conditions

Guests entering the Great British Car journey are subject to the following Entry Conditions. By purchasing or using a Ticket, guests agree to comply with these Entry Conditions. Any person not complying with these Entry Conditions may be removed from the Attraction by Great a member of staff, security or police officers, without any right to a refund. This is without prejudice to any claim that we may have against such a person or arising out of their actions. Whilst inside the Attraction, all guests must comply with any reasonable instructions given to them by authorised staff or any third party instructed on our behalf. We reserve the right to vary these Entry Conditions at any time without prior notice.


1. Great British Car Journey Ltd/Drive Dad’s Car reserves the right, at its discretion to refuse entry/admission or to remove any visitor from the premises.

2. All prices are correct at the time of publishing. However, they are subject to change without prior notice.

3. All guests entering the Great British Car Journey Ltd from a Drive Dad’s Car experience must have a valid entrance ticket.

4. Once you have printed your tickets, please keep them in a safe place as we cannot accept duplicates or copies of the original booking confirmation.*

• Tickets presented on mobile devices are accepted.

5. e-tickets will be scanned and validated on arrival. We reserve the right to charge the original purchaser for any duplicate e-tickets used to attempt entry to the attraction or drive.

6. When a family ticket is presented, all members of the group must enter at the same time. Multiple copies of the ticket are not permitted.

7. Tickets not used by the expiry date shown will not be extended or replaced under any circumstances.

8. All major UK credit and debit cards are accepted (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro). American express isn’t accepted.

9. Discounts are available for groups of 12+ and 25+ Please contact us for group bookings in advance by telephoning the main booking telephone number.

10. Photography/Filming is allowed for non-commercial private use, sharing/tagging us on social media is actively encouraged!

11. The use of unmanned aerial vehicles or drones by visitors for film and photography purposes whilst on the grounds is strictly prohibited.

12. Vehicles are parked at the owners’ risk. We take no responsibility for damage caused to any vehicle using the car park and no guarantee is given as to the security of guests’ vehicles in the car park or any contents.

13. The safety measures put in place in response to COVID-19 are there to safeguard the safety and wellbeing of all guests visiting our Attraction. It is in the interest of everyone at our Attraction to comply with the safety measures that have been put in place. Therefore, should an individual not comply with these safety measures, we reserve the right to require that individual to leave the Attraction in accordance with these terms and conditions.

14. Data Protection: Great British Car Journey complies with Data Protection Act  2018. Those principles require that data is:

Used fairly, lawfully and transparently 

Used for specified, explicit purposes

Used in a way that is adequate, relevant and limited to only what is necessary 

Accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date 

Kept for no longer than is necessary 

Handled in a way that ensures appropriate security, including protection against unlawful or unauthorised processing, access, loss, destruction or damage 

All details supplied by clients or recipients of gifts remain confidential to the Company. Under no circumstances will any information be supplied to third parties without our clients and or the recipient’s specific authorities in writing, except where there is an emergency involving the statutory authorities.

By making a purchase on this website you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

  1. All products are printed on demand as it is not possible to keep such a wide range of images / products in stock so unless a product is damaged or the wrong image it cannot be returned or exchanged.

  2. Refunds and exchanges are only offered to customers that receive the wrong or damaged items.

  3. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been delivered.

  4. All prices on the website are subject to change and can only be guaranteed at time of order.

  5. Once your order has been submitted on our website it is not always possible to amend or update it so any changes may be liable to additional costs so please be sure you are happy with the products you are ordering and address they are to be delivered to before placing your order. Any queries please contact our customer services department at

  6. If the carrier isn’t able to deliver your products because of an incorrect address or if the package was unclaimed after several delivery attempts it will be returned to our production centre and you could be responsible for any charges for reshipment.

  7. Unclaimed returns to our production centre will be donated to charity after 30 days.

  8. If the shipment’s tracking states that a parcel was delivered and there is appropriate evidence to confirm this, then Great British Car Journey Ltd are not liable to re-supply this order free of charge.

  9. Delivery times are estimated only and can vary by product or shipping service used – expected times can be reviewed on the “Shipping & Delivery” tab on each product page but these cannot be guaranteed.

  10. In the unlikely event that a package does not arrive by the expected delivery date a period of at least 7 days will need to have elapsed to allow us to investigate this with the shipping company before a replacement product can be despatched.

  11. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment could be returned to our production centre and you could be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

  12. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with English law and do not affect your statutory rights.
