Fabulous turn out for our first car meet of the year despite cold ,damp and grey weather which seems to be the currency for this Winter.
I was not optimistic when I opened the curtains this morning and snow was falling … BUT our community of Classic friends is made of strong stuff and I was delighted to see a fantastic array of interesting cars when I arrived at Ambergate and a café full of visitors enjoying breakfast and the pleasure of owning a Classic.
A huge and heartfelt thankyou to everyone who braved not very nice weather to make ours a car park to talk about today.
We can’t affect the weather but whatever you drive, we are always delighted to see you at Great British Car Journey.
Don’t forget that if you join Great British Car Club, you can come to all meetings and to the museum and café as often as you like and also enjoy members’ discounts on anything you buy!!
Here are some of the highlights:
A member of GBCC from almost day one. Thanks Phil and glad to see the Morgan on a cold winter day…of course with its driver!!
