Lots of colour and drama as Dad rather nervously heads through the Alps in Austin’s post-war small family car: the A30 Seven. This is not a British family as the car is left-hand drive, and although the A30 was a sweet little car, the Morris Minor had it beaten on space and value for money. This was the first Austin without a chassis and of course the direct successor to the Austin Seven.
